Every wholesaler plan includes access to our verified retailer network, order management, and Stripe-powered payouts. You only pay commission on what you sell.
For Retailers
No subscription, no platform commission. At checkout you pay the listed product price, shipping at cost, and a small payment-processing fee — all itemised before you confirm. Nothing is hidden in the product price.
What's included (free):
Commission is only charged when a transaction completes — you never pay for listings that don't convert. It's deducted automatically before your payout, so there's nothing to invoice separately.

Example
A £1,000 order on the Starter plan earns you £950 after the 5% platform commission of £50. VAT is not applicable to commission charges for VAT-registered businesses.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No. Wholesalers pay no monthly fee at launch — only a commission on completed orders. Retailers never pay a subscription.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There is no contract and you can close your account at any time.
What counts as a completed order for commission purposes?
Commission is applied when an order is confirmed and payment is captured. Orders that are cancelled before fulfilment are not subject to commission.
Do retailers pay commission?
No — retailers pay no platform commission. At checkout, retailers pay the listed product price, shipping at cost, and a small payment-processing fee that covers card processing. Everything is itemised before you pay; nothing is hidden in the product price.
What is the payment-processing fee?
A small charge added at checkout that covers the cost of processing your card payment securely through Stripe. It's shown as its own line item before you confirm payment.
Who pays for shipping?
Retailers pay shipping at cost, shown as a separate line at checkout. We don't mark up shipping.
Is there a listing limit?
No. Wholesalers can list their full catalogue with no listing cap.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where applicable at checkout.
Can pricing change?
Yes. Commission rates, fees, and plan details may change over time. We'll tell you before any change that affects your account takes effect.
